HIGHLIGHTS OF MARBLE COUNTERTOPS

Marble is known for its beautiful colors and patterns.  Unlimited marble characteristics create unique countertop designs.   Marble is simply one of the  most beautiful natural stones available.

USE:  Marble can be used for many indoor applications, but is not recommended for outdoor use.  Most often, marble is used in non-kitchen areas such as bathroom vanities and other indoor areas.

PROS & CONS OF MARBLE

PROS:

Marble natural stone is available in colors ranging from very white stones to black marble and every color in-between.  Marble allows for unique designs and has timeless character.

CONS:

The downside of marble natural stone is that it is more porous and is a software stone.  Marble requires regular sealing, which is easy to do and can be done by the home or business owner.  Marble is not recommended as a kitchen countertop material because it can stain and become etched due to contact with acidic material (a lemon or lime, for example).
